  • Conversation and interaction content: Including text companion, voice companion, temporal letters, commemorative dates, and chat history related to memory capsules; real-time voice or video features may involve corresponding session data.

  • Model training: Without your explicit consent, we do not use your uploads or conversation data to train public AI models. Your voice, photos, and memory content are intended to serve you and family members you authorize.
  • Retention: We retain account, subscription, and user-generated content as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. You may request export or permanent deletion; after a deletion request is accepted, we aim to complete irreversible removal within a reasonable period (typically within 72 hours).
  • Security: We use industry-standard safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.

ReunionCall provides AI-powered digital companion and memory continuation services, including voice replies, conversational interaction, and digital avatar representations.

  • Informational and emotional support only: AI-generated content is based on your materials and model inference and does not replace professional counseling, medical diagnosis, or legal advice.
  • Not a real person: Digital companion is a technical recreation of memory and relationship, not the actual return of a deceased or unreachable person. Please use the service thoughtfully and avoid over-reliance or mistaken beliefs.
  • Your responsibility: If you or your family face serious psychological distress, seek help from licensed professionals. ReunionCall is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for emotional or decision-related outcomes from use of or reliance on AI outputs.

ReunionCall does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it as required by applicable law.
