  • Memory capsules: Upload photos, voice, and other materials to create a digital memory space related to loved ones;
  • AI voice cloning and emotional modeling, supporting text companion, voice companion, and real-time voice calls;
  • Digital avatar (dynamic avatar): Including 3D facial reconstruction, video calls, and related capabilities (one-time purchase and training, as shown on the pricing page);
  • Temporal letters, commemorative dates, and related interactive experiences;
  • Memory capsule slots and other one-time expansion quotas;
  • Subscription plans and a free tier (as shown on the pricing page).

Features may change; availability may vary by plan or region. ReunionCall provides AI-based technical recreation and emotional support tools — not the actual return of deceased or unreachable persons.

3. User Accounts and Content

  • Account responsibility: You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
  • User content: When you upload photos, voice, text, or other materials, you represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization, and grant ReunionCall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the services you use.
  • Sensitive content: You understand memory capsules may involve highly personal information about deceased relatives; upload carefully and decide whether sharing with family is appropriate.
  • Prohibited uses: Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, disrupt the platform, scrape or reverse engineer without authorization, or upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates law, or is used for fraud, harassment, or impersonation.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • AI-generated content: We use artificial intelligence to generate voice, text, and visual content. We do not guarantee it is fully accurate, complete, or always meets your expectations.

5. Intellectual Property

Software, design, text, logos, and branding on ReunionCall are owned by Hong Kong engine International Co., Limited, ReunionCall, or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission except as allowed by law. You retain ownership of your original uploads, subject to the license in Section 3.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third parties including Google AdSense for advertising, Stripe and similar payment processors, and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, real-time communication, and identity services. See our Privacy Policy for cookies and data handling. By using ReunionCall, you acknowledge those third-party practices.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Plan types: Free tier (with daily companion time limits, etc.), monthly auto-renewing subscription, digital avatar one-time purchase, memory capsule slots, and others as shown on the pricing page.
  • Billing: Paid plans require accurate payment information and are governed by our Payment & Refund Policy.
  • Avatar training: Digital avatar is a one-time paid service; training begins after payment. Duration and available features are as described at checkout and in product documentation.
  • Changes: We may adjust pricing or plan content per that policy or by notice to your account email.

8. Data and Account Termination

  • Your rights: You may request export or deletion of your account and memory capsule data — see our Privacy Policy.
  • Our rights: We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or harmed the platform, other users, or our legitimate interests.
  • Your choice: You may stop using the service at any time and cancel subscriptions in account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
