We help families continue conversations and memories with loved ones in a private space through AI voice cloning, memory capsules, digital companion, temporal letters, and related features. This policy outlines our terms regarding payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
1. Subscriptions & Purchase Plans
ReunionCall offers several ways to use the platform:
- Free plan: Long-term free access including your first memory capsule, basic voice cloning, and daily free companion time; some features have daily usage limits (as shown on the pricing page).
- Subscription: Billed monthly with auto-renewal, unlocking unlimited companion conversations (text + voice) with your memory capsule, HD real-time voice calls, and priority support; details as shown on the pricing page.
- Digital avatar (one-time purchase): Custom dynamic digital avatar for a specific memory capsule, including 3D facial reconstruction and video calls; training begins after payment (typically 1–2 business days), as described at checkout.
- Memory capsule slot (one-time purchase): Paid quota to create an additional memory capsule; your first memory capsule is free.
Paid subscriptions are billed from the purchase date and renew automatically unless cancelled.
2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure electronic payment methods displayed on our checkout page. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). ReunionCall does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time in account settings or on the subscription management page.
- Effect of cancellation: After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges: After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Digital avatar & slots: One-time purchases such as digital avatar training and memory capsule slots are not auto-renewing; refunds are handled under Section 4 below.
4. Refund Policy
ReunionCall provides digital services. AI-generated content (such as voice replies, companion conversations, and digital avatar training) is delivered instantly or according to our process when you use the service. Our refund policy:
- Nature of digital services: Because memory capsule creation, voice cloning, companion conversations, digital avatar training, memory capsule slots, and related features deliver value once used or started, we generally do not refund partial subscription periods, unused time, started digital avatar training, or consumed/used slots.
- Exceptions: We may, at our discretion, issue refunds in the following cases:
- Technical failure: Confirmed platform errors that prevent access to core services for an extended period.
- Duplicate charge: The same charge was collected twice due to a system error.
- Avatar training not started: Digital avatar training has not yet begun and you submit a reasonable refund request (based on our backend records).
- How to apply: Email our support team within 7 days of the charge with your account email and transaction details.
5. Price Changes
ReunionCall may adjust pricing at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after we notify the email address linked to your account.
6. Service Changes
We continuously improve our AI models and companion experience. ReunionCall may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion to improve the platform.
